Accompanying Mr. Yoshito Sengoku were the Japanese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vietnam – Mr. Tanoak Yasuaki, the Representative of Japanese International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (JICA) – Mr. Tsuno Motonori and Japanese officials.
Attending and meeting with the mission were Mr. Phạm Đại Dương – Deputy Director of Hoa Lac High – Tech Park, Mr. Nguyễn Trung Quỳnh – Deputy Director of Hoa Lac High – Tech Park, Mr. Dương Ngọc Hải – Vice President of Vietnam Science Institute, leaders of Vietnam Cosmography and Japanese investors in the Park.
In the working session, Mr. Phạm Đại Dương – Deputy Director of Hoa Lac High – Tech Park informed Mr. Yoshito Sengoku and the mission of the Park’s development and progress of work to receive ODA fund provided by Japanese Government for the Project on developing Hoa Lac High – Tech Park and committed to implement as scheduled at the same time proposed that Japanese side always provide supports to Hoa Lac High – Tech Park during the project implementation.
In addition, Mr. Dương Ngọc Hải – Deputy Director of Vietnam Science Institute, on behalf of the Institute’s leaders, expressed their sincere thanks for Japanese Government to inform of reviewing ODA fund for the Project on Cosmography Center in Hoa Lac High – Tech Park. The construction of the Cosmography Center would create favorable conditions for the information forecasting system of natural disasters and climate change in Vietnam by more efficient observation satellites.
Mr. Yoshito Sengoku expressed his strong impression on results achieved by the Management Board of Hoa Lac High – Tech Park in the Park’s construction and development and committed to report and propose to Japanese Government in order to speed up reviewing and disbursing ODA funds provided by JapaneseGovernment for projects in Vietnam in general and in Hoa Lac High Tech Park in particular.
After the working session, Mr. Yoshito Sengoku and the mission visited infrastructure works in the Park, the Project on Cosmography Center and projects of Japanese investors.
