Participating in the signing ceremony of Cooperation Agreement between the National University “Moscow Power Engineering Institute”, the Russian Federation and VAEI, on VAEI’s side were PhD Trần Chí Thành – Director; representative leaders of the Committee on International Cooperation and of Nuclear Training Center. On the side of the National University “Moscow Power Engineering Institute”, the Russian Federation were Mr. Rogalev N.D - Director, Mr. Zamilodchikov V. N – Deputy Director, Mr. Tarasov A. E – Head of Department of International Cooperation, Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Sỹ - MPEI’s representative in Viet Nam.
According to the signed Agreement, the two sides would cooperate in training for high-level professional experts, mutual-benefited science and technology development and other exchange programs.
Procedures of exchanging experts and cooperation financial conditions would be defined appropriate with the Agreement within the two sides’ financial capacities. The two sides have committed to make efforts and support each other in order to have necessary financial solutions for implementing clauses stated in this Agreement. The exchange of human resources would be carried out appropriate with annual work plans.
The signing ceremony between the National University ““Moscow Power Engineering Institute”, the Russian Federation and VAEI marked a good starting point for a long-term cooperation between the two sides and would open many cooperation opportunities, contributing to improve VEAI’s training and research capacities./.
