The Ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Tran Van Tung- Vice Minister of Science and Technology of Vietnam (MOST) together with many Chiefs of agencies of MOST including Mr. Do Hoai Nam- Chief of Department for Technology Appraisal, Examination and assessment, Mr. Ho Ngoc Luat- Chief of Department for Local Science and Technology Development and representative from Departments for International Cooperation, Hi-Tech, Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development, Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park… Mr. Bui Quy Long- CEO, on behalf of VISTIP and Mr. Park Choel Kyu– President, on behalf of SBC signed the MOU.


Overview of the MOU signing ceremony

The MOU sets forth the content and scope of collaboration among the VISTIP and SBC regarding technology transfer, innovation to enhance the competitiveness and capabilities of Vietnam and Korea SMEs in global supply chain. Through this MOU, VISTIP and SBC pursue many significant activities such as training and exchange of staffs; performing join company diagnostic projects; Joint-organized events; and other activities.

Signing the MOU between VISTIP and SBC would open up the opportunities for promoting technology transfer and innovation among Vietnam SMEs in the coming years.

On the occasion of Vietnam visit and MOU signing with VISTIP, SBC President Park Choel Kyu made a courtesy call to the Leader of Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam. On behalf of Minister of Science and Technology of Vietnam Nguyen Quan, Vice minister Tran Van Tung received the call.
