During the meeting, parties have discussed on their activities and collaboration opportunities. Their discussion focused on building up and developing an star-up innovative ecosystem in Vietnam; a trend of linkages among/ between supportive institutions for an opened ecosystem for enterprises; trends of advanced technologies such as applications of blockchain technology in agricultural supply chain, logistics and transportation, models on port management systems in developed countries as Australia, Singapore and Korea.

Participants deeply exchanged about collaboration to merge international and domestic resources to support effectively start-up innovative ecosystem in Vietnam, for example, Sharing update information related to activities supporting science communities; Developing curriculums on start-up innovation which appropriated to circumstance of Vietnam; Exchanging experts; Co-organizing workshops/ short trainings such as ToT for lecturers, experts, managers from universities, ministries, provincial governmental organizations and enterprises, who will involve in developing start-up innovation ecosystem in Vietnam; Providing training courses on soft skills, financial management, strategic mindsets, IP protection … to SMEs, especially to Startups in related fields.

Another issue raised in the meeting was possibility of collaboration between VISTIP and SVF on supporting relevant stakeholders to send their people to abroad for studying, exchanging ideas and/ or experiencing activities for developing start-up innovation ecosystems.
