Through discussions in the working session, Mr. Matsuda said that Japanese investors as well as Mr. Matsuda himself have always paid attention to the development of Hoa Lac HTP. Besides the construction of factories or technology research and development institutes, Japanese investors hope to establish a Japanese International University in Hoa Lac HTP together with Vietnamese partners so that it can bring in values and quintessence of Japanese education and training to Vietnam, will be a bridge to contribute to develop more cooperation in education and training between the two countries.
On behalf of Hoa Lac HTP, Deputy Minister – Director of the Management Board Nguyễn Văn Lạng welcomed the direction of establishing the Japanese International University in Hoa Lac HTP. The Management Board of Hoa Lac HTP would create every favorable condition for investors to implement the project.
