Participating in the Conference were S&T managers of central Ministries, branches and Departments of S&T, experts and people participating in technology transfer for supporting small and medium sized enterprises (SME). Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Nguyen Van Lang attended and made the opening speech in the Conference.
During the two working days, participants listened to presentations of experts and focused their discussions on some topics: Management of international technology in the current global business environment; issues relating to technology transfer of SMEs; the approach of "technology transfer cycle” in management of international technology transfer; use of information and communication technology in order to improve the efficiency of planning and transfer of international technology; issues of intellectual property in planning and implementation of technology transfer projects and popular methods in technology assessment.
The scientific Conference is an activity supporting manager, research agencies and SMEs in planning and transfer of international technology in the current global business environment.
