Within the framework of the Conference, the Management Board of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park signed the Memorandum of Understanding with companies of IDG Ventures Vietnam, DFJ VinaCaptital and SAVVi organization to implement the Program on attracting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in high technology fields to invest in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.
Accordingly, the Management Board of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park with its State management roles will develop a high-technology enterprise incubating zone with modern infrastructure, ready-built factories for renting … in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park so that SMEs come to invest and develop. In addition, the Management Board will also provide preferential policies and best supporting services for these enterprises. Companies of IDG Ventures Vietnam and DFJ VinaCaptital are risk investment funds directly under some big and famous Funds of foreign countries. With their experience, IDG Ventures Vietnam and DFJ VinaCaptital will provide funds for these SMEs to implement ideas and projects in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park. Only for SAVVi (formerly Vietnam Strategic Development Network Organization), with its strengths in linking partners in the world will support Hoa Lac High-Tech Park in advertising for this Program and link with partners of the Program.
With the fact that the Memorandum of Understanding has been signed among the four parties, the Management Board of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park has expressed its determination to call for new technologies and source technologies to come to Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.
