The signing ceremony was within the framework of the 5th session of the Mixed Committee for Economic and Trade between Governments of the Socialist Republics of Vietnam and the Republics of Turkey.
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was in line with our Government’s guidelines on developing effective and mutual benefit cooperation relations with other countries in the world and would be the basis for making transparent management policies, process, procedures for quality examination of products and goods, contributing to simplification and savings of experimenting and certifying activities and promoting exports and imports and commercial development between the two countries.
