Together with the formulation of Integrated Master Plan(IMP) on developing Vietnam’s nuclear electricity infrastructure for the 2011 - 2015, the CPF Signing Ceremony was one of important steps to promote cooperation between IAEA and Vietnam in research, development and use of atomic energy for peaceful purposes in Vietnam, especially in the nuclear electricity field.
