Mr. Ichiro Tai has expressed his sincere thanks for the Minister to spend time and informed him of the implementation status and cooperation in the field of human resource training and software industry ... between Toshiba and Vietnamese partners. Mr. Ichiro Tai also introduced in general Toshiba’s remarkable achievements on research and manufacturing of technology equipment in the atomic energy field (technology of boil-water furnace, technology of pressure-water furnace) and expressed desires to be provided with MOST’s supports so that Toshiba can look for cooperation opportunities with Vietnamese partners in fields which Toshiba can have strengths, especially the use and development of atomic energy for peaceful purposes Vietnam is implementing.
Minister Hoang Van Phong has highly appreciated Toshiba’s achieved results, informed the Delegation of some basic features on the status of building Vietnam’s first nuclear electricity factory. The Minister expressed desires to have cooperation and share with Toshiba’s experience at training and using human resources as well as building and operating Vietnam’s first nuclear electricity factory.
