On behalf of MOST’s leaders, Minister Nguyen Quan welcomed the Ambassador to visit and work with MOST. The Minister expressed his pleasure with the development of relations between Vietnam and the Federal Russian and highly appreciated results of S&T cooperation between the two parties over the past time.
Ambassador Andrey G.Kovtun sincerely thanked the Minister for spending time to meet and affirmed to pay attention to S&T cooperation with Vietnam.

Minister Nguyen Quan expressed his hope to continue receiving the Ambassador’s close coordination to promote S&T cooperation activities between the two parties for the coming time and believed that relations between people and Government of the two countries would be developed better and better.
