In the meeting, Minister Hoang Van Phong together with Ambassador Hervé Bolot have pointed out some important events in S&T cooperation between the two countries over the past time. The Minister has highly appreciated the Ambassador’s contributions during his term and expressed desires to continue receiving supports in order to promote S&T cooperation between the two countries.
Ambassador Hervé Bolot expressed his thanks the Minister for spending time to meet and highly appreciate supports of Minister Hoang Van Phong as well as active and efficient cooperation of MOST’s officials and experts during his term. Ambassador Hervé Bolot has affirmed that French government will support Vietnam to develop Hanoi Science and Technology University at the regional and international level, at the same time commit to continue coordinating with colleagues in France in the promotion of S&T cooperation with Vietnam.
