Fact Finding Mission from JICA, Japan working in Hoa Lac High Technology Zone

After 10 working days, the two parties have negotiated and come to signing the Minutes of Discussion between the Director of Management Board of Hoa Lac HTZ, Mr. Nguyen Van Lang and Mr. Odajima, Head of Southeast Asia Department 6, Japanese International Cooperation Agency. The Management Board and JICA have agreed on activities and implementation progress of the project on Infrastructure Development for Hoa Lac HTZ (E/S). The Loan Agreement of the project is expected to be signed in 3/2010.

To ensure the project implementation, the Management Board has sped up the project preparations of site clearance, human resources for the project management mechanism as well as relating tasks.
