At the working session, the German party has introduced capacities and experience of enterprises and universities in Hessen State in terms of environment treatment and waste management in industrial zones and urban areas and proposed cooperation with Vietnam on these issues. Deputy Minister Le Dinh Tien has affirmed, Vietnam’s MOST always highly appreciates the effective cooperation of German scientists as well as close and efficient cooperation models among German research institutes, universities and enterprises and welcomed that Hessen State has established the representative unit in Hanoi. In order to develop S&T cooperation relationships appropriate with potentials and demands of the two parties, the Deputy Minister has proposed, for the coming time representatives of the State and Department of International Cooperation need to continue specific discussions.
