Over the past time, in order to promote the S&T evaluation activities, Vietnam’s MOST has cooperated with many evaluation organizations from countries in the region and the world. China is one of countries with traditional and long-term relationships with Vietnam and the promotion of bilateral relations between Vietnam and China in the S&T field, especially in S&T evaluation has been strengthened.

Vietnam and China are two countries of many similarities in terms of culture, economics, politics; therefore the expansion of cooperative relations, experience sharing between the two countries in the evaluation field would bring in effective results.

Deputy Minister Nguyễn Quân highly appreciated the cooperation as well as activities carried out by Professor Fang Yan and his colleagues for Vietnam’s S&T evaluation activities over the past time. This should be a continuous process, which needs to follow strict principles. Vietnam has signed the Cooperation Agreement with China in fields of Standards, Metrology and Quality, Intellectual Property.
