Participating in the working session, in the Management Board of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park were Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Director of the Management Board of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, Dr. Nguyen Van Lang, Deputy Director Nguyễn Trung Quynh and some other officials in the Board; in the Israel’s delegation were Vietnamese Ambassador to Israel, Mr. Đinh Xuân Lưu, Commercial Counselor of Israel’s Embassy in Hanoi and representatives of Israel’s enterprises.
After listening to the overall introduction on Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, the two parties have discussed in order to find future cooperation directions. Israel is one of the leading countries in terms of biological technologies, energy, electronic semi-conductors, and precise mechanics, therefore Israel’s enterprises have paid a lot of attention to development models on high technologies and expressed desires of cooperating with the Management Board of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.
Leaders of the Management Board has proposed with Israel’s enterprises if it is allowed to establish the Israel’s Center for High Technologies in the Park for the development of high-technology products which not only meet domestic demands but also move towards markets in the Southeast Asian region. Representatives from Israel’s enterprises have expressed to take seriously the proposal of the Management Board. The two parties have discussed on some contents such as technology transfer, cooperation in fields of research and implementation of technology products, human resource training ect.
