Minister Hoang Van Phong highly appreciated cooperation willingness of the Malaysian Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation and said that in addition to the efficient cooperation in S&T fields the two Ministries should introduce objectives which are specific, closely linked to demands and strengths of each country in the cooperation program and actively prepare necessary work for the 5th session of the Mixed S&T Cooperation Committee which would be held in the coming time.
