With the agreement of the Ministry of Science and Technology, on July 18, 2011, in Moscow at the office of State Committee for Standards and Product Quality Management of the Russian Federation, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding...

General Director Ngo Quy Viet led the Vietnamese delegation to participate in the signing ceremony. Objectives of the Memorandum of Understanding were to strengthen cooperation between the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality and Rosstandart, and remove unnecessary technical barriers in commerce in order to promote trade activities between the two countries.
