In addition, Turkey has had many high-technology research units which can be independent and self-controlled in term of the budget… These are S&T fields which Turkey has paid attention and can exchange, share experience with Vietnam.
For Vietnamese side, Minister Nguyen Quan agreed and hoped for the coming time the two parties would review the signed Agreement, together amend inappropriate provisions or develop more feasible provisions. The Minister also suggested the two countries should have professional exchange among expert delegations, co-organize international workshops on S&T or together do research on S&T themes … Based on that, the two parties would discuss and agree so the S&T agreement between the two countries would be signed in the soonest time.
