Mr. Daito Michio reported with the Deputy Minister about issues which Japan expected to report in the Workshop including expected time (around October 2011); expected content (Incident of Fukushima Nuclear Electricity Plant and Japan’s new energy policy; the world tendency on nuclear energy after Fukushima’s incident; basic issues relating to the construction of Ninh Thuan’s 2nd nuclear electricity plant); chairing agency (Vietnam’s MOST and Japan’s Ministry of Economics, Commerce and Industry); participating speakers (International Atomic Energy Agency, Tokyo University, Vietnam Electricity Group, Vietnam Agency for Radiation and Nuclear Safety, Vietnam Atomic Energy Commission...)...

Deputy Minister Le Dinh Tien basically agreed with expectations proposed by Mr. Daito Michio, at the same time assigned functional agencies under MOST to be focal point during the time of organizing the workshop and necessary contents so that the Workshop could be organized in the most effective way.
